Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: Britain's Health and Safety Executive (HSE) said that it will be taken to court to the people behind the production company of Star Wars: The Force Awakens throughout an accident leaving 73-year-old actor Harrison Ford with a broken leg.
The accident had occur in June, 2014 at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, England.
During the incident, Ford, 73, had
sustained some really serious body injuries after he got whacked by a heavy hydraulic door.
"By law, employers must take reasonable steps to protect workers -- this is as true on a film set as a factory floor," HSE reported to CNN.
"We have investigated thoroughly and believe that we have sufficient evidence to bring the case to court," reads the statement.
HSE claimed that Foodles were responsible under the health safety law for managing risks, which is involved in production.
Foodles will be represented in court on May 12 in Buckinghamshire to face at least four charges, reported CNN.
